83bd Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the 83bd website accessible at 83bd.io and all associated sub-domains, mobile-optimised pages, and services provided thereunder.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who has registered a verified account with 83bd and is using or accessing the Platform.
• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a Player on the Platform, including all associated wallet balances, betting history, bonus entitlements, and personal details.
• "BDT" or "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, which is the base currency used for all transactions on the 83bd Platform.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any stake placed by a Player on a sporting event, casino game, live table, or any other gambling product offered on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or other incentive values credited to a Player's account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player via an accepted payment method, net of any withdrawals, and excluding Bonus Funds.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process that 83bd requires of all Players before processing withdrawals or as requested at any time.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law and in which 83bd does not offer its services.

By accessing the 83bd Platform, completing the registration process, or placing any wager, you expressly agree to these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all Players regardless of the device, browser, or method of access used to reach the Platform. Using the Platform via a mobile device, tablet, or desktop computer constitutes equal acceptance of these Terms.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms and that such person or entity agrees to be bound by them.

To be eligible to register and use the 83bd Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 83bd strictly prohibits access by individuals under 21. Age verification may be requested at any time and failure to comply will result in account suspension.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and partnerships may not register as Players.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not expressly prohibited under local law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 83bd, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement, whether imposed by 83bd or any other gaming platform, that would render your participation a breach of that arrangement.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on the 83bd Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds therein.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested on the registration form. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change. 83bd reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided at any time.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 83bd Login credentials, including your username and password.
• You must not share your account credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access your account.
• You must notify 83bd immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• 83bd will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account credentials where you have failed to maintain their confidentiality.
• 83bd reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, identity misrepresentation, or breach of these Terms.

As part of the KYC process, 83bd may require Players to submit copies of a valid government-issued photo identification document, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Accounts where KYC documents have not been provided within a reasonable time upon request will be suspended until the verification process is complete.

83bd accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of your transaction. Accepted methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of any specific payment method is subject to change without prior notice.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits may apply and will be communicated at the point of transaction.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account that is registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are credited to a Player's account balance promptly upon confirmation by the relevant payment provider. 83bd is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been used to make a deposit into the account, unless otherwise approved by 83bd following a KYC review.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframe stated on the Payments page, subject to KYC clearance.
• 83bd reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or that display patterns consistent with unusual activity.

From time to time, 83bd may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, VIP Club rewards, Treasure Hunt prizes, and other incentives to Players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published on the relevant promotional page at the time the offer is made available.

• Bonus Funds are distinct from Real Money Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the individual promotion terms.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Bonus Funds must be wagered within the validity period specified in the promotion terms. Unused Bonus Funds will expire and be removed from the account at the end of the validity period.
• 83bd reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, provided that such action will not retrospectively affect Bonus Funds already credited to a Player's account in good faith.
• Players found to be abusing the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering with other players, or deliberate exploitation of promotional mechanics — will have bonuses forfeited and accounts suspended.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household address, and per shared device or IP address.

All bets placed on the 83bd Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sporting event, casino game, or live table product. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager.

• All bets are final once confirmed on the Platform. Bets may not be cancelled, altered, or reversed after placement except in circumstances explicitly permitted by 83bd's game-specific rules.
• In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or data feed failure that results in an incorrectly offered or settled bet, 83bd reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the Player's account.
• Where live cricket betting markets remain open during a period of play suspension (e.g., Duckworth-Lewis-Stern DLS recalculation, weather delay), 83bd may suspend or void affected markets at its discretion.
• Maximum payout limits apply to all product types and will be communicated within the applicable betting rules section of the Platform.
• 83bd reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, particularly where there is a reasonable suspicion of match-fixing, insider information, or any form of irregular betting activity.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 83bd Platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the Platform while under 21 years of age or knowingly allowing a person under 21 to access your account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any non-human means to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or coordinated play designed to exploit promotional mechanics or game outcomes.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform's software, security systems, or data infrastructure.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other activity contrary to applicable anti-financial crime laws.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive communication with 83bd staff or other Players via any support or communication channel.
• Creating multiple accounts or using another Player's account credentials for any purpose whatsoever.

83bd is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling practices. We provide a range of tools to help Players manage their activity on the Platform. • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 83bd.
• The 83bd name, logo, and all associated brand identifiers are trademarks of 83bd. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use such trademarks.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 83bd shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.

83bd's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms, howsoever arising, shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money deposited by that Player into their 83bd account in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• 83bd does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• 83bd accepts no responsibility for loss arising from reliance on any information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or editorial content.
• Nothing in these Terms limits 83bd's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by 83bd's own negligence.

83bd processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

83bd will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC service providers, fraud prevention agencies, and regulatory bodies where required by law or by the contractual obligations of 83bd's service providers.

83bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via a notice displayed on the Platform or by email to the address registered on the Player's account, at least seven (7) calendar days before the amended Terms take effect, unless the change is required immediately by law or to address an urgent security concern.

Where we provide advance notice of changes, your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact [email protected] to close your account.

These Terms and Conditions, together with any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable in their own jurisdiction.

83bd makes no representation that the materials or services available on the Platform are appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions. Access from jurisdictions where the content or services are unlawful is prohibited.
